Frontend Developer (Angular/React)

Job Summary

Part of the UK based RSK Business Solutions (https://www.rsk-bsl.com/) which operates primarily in US
and UK market. We specialize in diverse technical platforms such as Java, Microsoft technologies, frontend
technologies Angular and React for a range of clients. We also focus on web and hybrid mobile applications
using IONIC platform.

PRE-REQUISITE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• 4 to 6 years’ experience in Web and Mobile Application development using Angular, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SCSS, Material etc.
• Must have strong fundamental knowledge in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Exposure to IONIC is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Module patterns.
• Expert in consuming Restful APIs to connect applications to back-end services.
• Good understanding of XML, JSON and SQLite.
• Knowledge of popular front-end/css models and frameworks such as Bootstrap, Flexbox, Tailwind.
• Other frameworks like backbone, Nodejs are a plus.
• Strong knowledge in social media service integration (Facebook, Google, Twitter etc.).
• Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools.
• Knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Knowledge in cloud message APIs like Firebase.
• Knowledge in mobile app build management, certificates, profiles and publishing on Apple and Google channel.
• Proficient in using code versioning tools such as GIT.

ESSENSTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Hands-on coding, analysis, design, and delivery of projects assigned.
• Active team member who works effectively with other colleagues within the organization.
• Complete assigned task in a timely manner with given project parameters and desired quality.
• Keep Management informed of project progress and problems.
• Respond to problems timely, and effectively.
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
