Development Executive to drive the growth of our IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in IT sales, business development, and client relationship management with a deep
understanding of software solutions, web & app development, cloud computing, and IT consulting
services. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and business development expertise to expand
our market presence, generate leads, and close strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development & Lead Generation: Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for targeted prospecting, personalized outreach, and relationship building to drive business growth in the IT services sector.
- Sales Strategy & Market Expansion: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to position RSK Business Solutions as a preferred IT service provider.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored IT solutions.
- Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with the development and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
- Revenue Growth & KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue targets to ensure continuous growth and profitability.
Additional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT services sales, business development, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business strategies in the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, including software development, cloud services, AI/ML, and IT consulting.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to interpret market data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Passionate about technology, innovation, and continuous improvement in business development strategies.
